Brain Profiling is a tool for finding your brain style and measuring your emotional intelligence in a visual form. It is a snapshot of your brain’s current style for processing “cognitive” and “emotional” data. The snapshot of your brain, will tell you what your natural gifts are, in terms of how you take in information, what skills you use the most and what natural skills you have that you are not using.
In addition to individual brain profiles, I also offer group emotional intelligence dashboards. This is a measurement of a team’s overall emotional intelligence, also known as SWOT. Swot is an acronym for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and talents. Team performance can improve substantially when they have this information.
