Known as Zen Zone or Corporate Zen, these sessions are for reducing anxiety and stress, taking the client into a deep state of relaxation.
Zen Zone sessions enable us to focus our attention (adhara) on parts of the body and encourage the flow of pranic energy, releasing the blocked areas that are holding onto emotional baggage, pain, and trauma.
Zen sessions are usually done in groups but can be done individually. The sessions combine guided meditation, breath awareness, essential oils, mindful movements and a light balancing touch to create a deep state of peace and relaxation.

As we settled into the class and you brought the essential oils around for us to smell and apply, I immediately began to relax.
